Book An Event
The Butler currently offers the opportunity to host events up to 45 people from October–April. We are unfortunately unable to host events during our peak season from May–September. To request a reservation for your next small gathering, please fill out the request form at the bottom of this page.
Reservation Timeline
Our team works best when we receive event requests at least one week before the event itself. We may accept short-notice bookings at our discretion.
Menu Customizations
Please note that we can customize your party by offering a limited version of our existing menu. However, we cannot offer items not already included on our menu.
Larger Events
Although we cannot accommodate events larger than 45 guests, The Butler is part of a restaurant and event group that offers many other private event spaces for large parties. For event inquiries larger than 45 people, please contact us on the form below and a member of our RedWater Events team will be able to provide you with more information about other venues for your next large event.
